Bike culture in El Paso has always had a heavy presence—weekend cruisers riding in large groups down I-10, the crotch rocket youngsters pushing the speed limits to the Mozzer-philes who hang out at Monarch, bikes are everywhere. With the vast large open space of our southwest desert landscape drenched in the warm sun, the backdrop to the perfect cruise is essential to that one-ness you get when it’s just you and your bike. El Paso has the ideal setting for that free spirit biker mentality, and there’s just no better place to host an all-out gathering of motorcycle madness.
The world famous Barnett Harley Davidson—world’s largest selection of Harley Davidson Motorcycles—will host an ultimate bike show, to say the least. The event will have tons of exciting things to do.
This 2 day event will have live local music by Rockabilly Strangers, Cowboy Floyd, Tsunami of the Dead, and Bash. These locals know how to rock, and it’s no question they’re going to get the crowd riled up and ready for party mode.
Expect to hear “I Wanna Rock and Roll All Night” or “Strurter” at some point of the event being performed by Kiss approved—Mini Kiss! These glammed up mini rockers will bring the big sounds of Kiss and send this party into overdrive.
But Mini-Kiss won’t be the only celebrities—get a chance to meet those hotties The Flaunt Girls from the TV show Full Throttle Saloon. But they’re not just going to be standing around looking pretty; the ladies put on a sexy choreographed dance routine that will make the guys howl.
Make sure to take a picture and scoop an autograph from Rusty Coones from the Sons of Anarchy who is going to be making a special appearance at the event. The TV actor is famous for his role as Rane Quinn—a tattooed badass biker president of a Motorcycle club.
But let’s remember the reason for the event, the sick rides. Be witness to some of the most tricked out, flipped around, amazing custom rides that will be the true main attraction. Come out for a weekend of fun in the sun, even if you don’t own a bike, anyone can appreciate the craftsmanship and true art custom bikes really are: an extension of one’s personality. This event takes place Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 4th.
