Autumn and the cold weather is upon us, and so is newest edition of Fusion Magazine! Our 86th cover features Collective Boamistura—a group of artists who recently visited the city of Chihuahua. We took the opportunity to interview the group from Madrid to find out what inspires their incredible work.
Indie-rock group of Montreal performed at Tricky Falls this past month and we spoke with multi-instrumentalist and leader of the band Kevin Barnes about his new album Aureate Gloom, what inspired it and his awesome live performances. Así como vivimos la fiebre cervecera, en el ámbito del vinyl también se vive una fiebre semejante, con varias tiendas en El Paso dedicadas al comercio de LP’s , vinilos o discos de acetato como se les llama también, surgen coleccionistas dedicados a la búsqueda de esas joyas que pueden estar a nuestro alcance, Atomic Wax es una de estas tiendas especializadas que aparte de estar excelentemente surtida en cuestiones musicales, cuenta con antigüedades, tornamesas, arte y objetos vintage, sumémosle el buen trato de su dueño Raúl García, hace que la experiencia de visitar Atomic Wax sea inmejorable, Raúl nos contó acerca de su experiencia como coleccionista y sus descubrimientos como tal.
Mucho se ha escrito acerca de Disclosure, lo que no se puede negar es que es el nuevo dúo dinámico de las pistas de baile de todo el mundo, revisamos poco de su discografía y analizamos su adictiva propuesta.
Los 60 son los nuevos 20; o al menos eso es lo que dice este grupo de jubilados que, sedientos de expresión y libertad, se reunió en las calles de Lisboa, Portugal para darle vida a Lata65, un proyecto de arte urbano que no sólo está dando vida a las calles de Lisboa, sino a los corazones de este grupo de adultos mayores bastante peculiar.
