FUSION Magazine reaches 90!!! This issue is dedicated to the craft beer scene in El Paso, Texas, so prepare to take a tour with us as we visit all these places filled with new flavors, smells and local vibes.
With the steady growth dedicated to craft beer in El Paso, it is difficult to stand out amongst all. Tin Man did it by opening the first station dedicated to filling growlers in the Sun City.
The men behind DeadBeach Brewery, Gabe Montoya, Justin Ordonez and Jason Hunt have added their creations to the craft beer movement. Their combined years of brewing experience is impressive, and matched only by their enthusiasm and love of beer.
Steve Hernandez’ love for burgers began with his mother’s homestyle burger. During his time maneuvering Create food truck, Steve introduced El Paso to his famous “Hell Paso” burger which is reminiscent of his mother’s homestyle burger. He went on to open his own restaurant, Steve’Os Kitchen and Craft Beer, which has been running for 3 years strong with a loyal following of El Paso foodies.
Ode Brewing opened its doors last year and they talk to us about the importance of mutually supporting local businesses so that everyone can grow at the same time to achieve a steady flow of business.
His enthusiasm for offering a multi cultural dining experience and passion for food has led Chef Ruli, from Ruli’s International Kitchen, to stand out from mainstream restaurants around town. A key element to his success has been the type of beer he offers to accompany his cuisine.
