The 12th Annual Trans-Pecos Festival of Music + Love takes place in Marfa, TX, September 28th through October 1st at El Cosmico.

This year’s festival, features musical performances from headliners including: Wilco, Lee Ann Womack, Fiona Apple, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Sergio Mendoza y la Orkesta, Camilo Lara and Jay de la Cueva (of Mexico Institute of Sound).  They will be joined with Robert Ellis, Meshell Ndegeocello, Tift Merritt, Erika Wennerstrom, Nina Diaz, Ron Gallo, Thee Commons, Los Coast, Tina & The B Sides, and Golden Dawn Arkestra.

Unique workshops (from sewing with Natalie Chanin of Alabama Chanin to chainstitching with Fort Lonesome and welding with KKDW), a vendor area with anti-mall wares by local makers, a sandlot baseball game on Saturday afternoon, transformative massage treatments at El Cosmetico, and a community dinner on Saturday night all accompany the music.  Weekend Festival passes, along with camping, dinner and workshop registration, are now available on the Trans-Pecos Festival page at elcosmico.com.

Tickets:

3 days music only: $220

3 days music + camping: $275 – tickets are per camper, not per tent

1 day music only: $75 – available only at the gate day-of-show (if not sold out)

Shelter & Co. furnished tents are now sold out, but self-camping is abundant, which is included in the cost of music + camping tickets.
