El Paso Downtown St. Festival

The El Paso Downtown Street Festival entered its 11th anniversary this year and boasted 6 stages with over 20 performers. Headlining the festival this year were Theory of a Deadman, Filter and Saliva on June 29th. Kansas, Blue Oyster Cult and Candlebox took over on Saturday the 30th.

The festival offered several other music genres simultaneously, such as the Latin Stage, the Variety Stage and new this year, the Dish Latino sponsored Music Zone that featured a unique ‘silent DJ’ enclosure.

In addition, the Street Fest included a car show at the Convention Center which exhibited over 200 vintage and modified vehicles including the Batmobile ‘Tumbler’ and Bat Pod from ‘The Dark Knight Rises’.
